Builds on existing partnership and expands footprint in the west
KNOXVILLE, Tenn – December 1, 2025
Functional Pathways, one of the nation’s leading and fastest-growing contract therapy companies, is excited to announce the expansion of our partnership with Pacific Retirement Services (“PRS”), headquartered in Medford, Oregon.
As the nation’s 12th largest senior housing provider, PRS serves more than 7,000 residents across 14 life plan communities and 25 non-profit affordable housing communities. Functional Pathways has been providing comprehensive therapy solutions to two PRS life plan communities—La Vida Llena (Albuquerque, NM) and The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM)—since April 1, 2025.

Functional Pathways initiated physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech/language therapy for the following life plan communities on December 1, 2025, which also marks the company’s expansion into Oregon:

- University Retirement Community (Davis, CA)
- Capitol Lakes (Madison, WI)
