It is a system of policies, procedures, and processes developed to ensure adherence with all applicable federal and state laws governing our organization, therapists, and clients. An effective compliance program is a part of our fabric here at Functional Pathways. We have a dedicated staff committed to an ethical way of conducting business.

We stay current on regulatory changes and produce integrated strategies to ensure regulatory operations are met. We utilize weekly newsletters to share what is happening in the industry and monitor federal agencies and agencies such as CMS, HHS, DOL, OCR, OIG, MedPAC and even Congress on a daily basis. We advocate on Capitol Hill for regulatory changes that impact access to care.

An effective compliance program must have a robust auditing and monitoring program. Our multidepartment, integrated auditing process, using our proprietary software, RightTrack™, ensures that documentation and billing is accurate and regulatory compliant.

Our effective auditing and monitoring process is evidenced by our outstanding Gold Standard of overturning appeals with a 100% appeal win rate for 13 consecutive quarters! We have a dedicated specialist to manage all ADRs, denials, and appeals for our clients. We have cleared numerous first round of Target Probe and Educate reviews for our clients.

Safety management develops ways to ensure workplace hazards are mitigated. Risk management analyzes the likeliness of any hazard causing harm and ensures plans are in place to prevent hazards.
