Expands Company's Presence in Minnesota
Functional Pathways, one of the nation’s leading and fastest-growing contract therapy companies, is excited to announce it was selected as the contract therapy partner for 13 Vivie locations in Minnesota—two Transitional Care Units/Skilled Nursing Facilities and 11 Senior Living Communities.
Based in Alexandria, MN, Vivie offers senior living and in-home care throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin. With more than 2,400 team members serving 20,000+ individuals a year, Vivie offers the right care, at the right time, right where it’s needed.
