March 1, 2025 (KNOXVILLE, TN) Functional Pathways is excited to announce two new partnerships across the state of Indiana. We’ll be providing contract therapy services at one of their Continuing Care Retirement Communities and one of their Skilled Nursing Facilities. These not-for-profit entities selected Functional Pathways because of our reputation for improving outcomes and our expert MDS support and training. This expands Functional Pathways’ presence in Indiana and across the Midwest US.
