March 1, 2025 (KNOXVILLE, TN) Functional Pathways is excited to announce a new partnership in Tulsa, OK. We’ll be providing contract therapy services at their Continuing Care Retirement Community. This not-for-profit community selected Functional Pathways because of our reputation for building strong partnerships and our expertise in compliance and reimbursement. This marks Functional Pathways’ entrance into Oklahoma as a contract therapy provider, and it further enhances our presence in the Southeastern US.
