Functional Pathways initiated physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech/language therapy for Givens Aldersgate’s assisted living and skilled nursing facilities on November 1, 2025. In addition to serving assisted living and skilled residents, Functional Pathways will also support the community’s independent living population by offering therapy and a variety of wellness programs and educational opportunities.
