Peak Therapy Solutions by Functional Pathways was created as a dedicated service for Senior Living Communities to provide onsite, outpatient physical, occupational, and speech therapy, plus customized specialty therapy and wellness programs for Assisted Living and Senior Living Communities. Peak offers the full continuum of support to our Senior Living partners to optimize residents’ health, keep residents thriving in place longer, and increase length of occupancy by reducing falls and preventing hospitalizations.
