Functional Pathways is proud to announce a new partnership with Merrimack County Nursing Home, a county-operated skilled nursing and long-term care facility located in Boscawen, New Hampshire.
As part of Merrimack County’s continuum of services, Merrimack County Nursing Home plays a vital role in supporting seniors and their families through compassionate, high-quality care. In an effort to further strengthen its rehabilitation services, the organization evaluated therapy partners that could deliver strong clinical leadership, consistency, and a collaborative, outcomes-focused approach.
