Hooverwood Living Selects Functional Pathways as Rehabilitation Partner

Functional Pathways is proud to announce a new partnership with Hooverwood Living, a nonprofit senior living community located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Hooverwood Living offers a continuum of care including short-term rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care services in an environment designed to support dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing. As the nonprofit organization continued to strengthen its rehabilitation program, leadership sought a therapy partner that could deliver clinical consistency, strong communication, and a collaborative approach to resident care.

Following this evaluation, Hooverwood Living selected Functional Pathways to provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy services.
