Vice President of Client Retention
Kellie Buchanan joined Functional Pathways in April 2015 as Vice President of Client Retention. She is responsible for the implementation and leadership of the company’s formal client retention initiatives. Kellie brings almost fifteen years of expertise in helping organizations create and integrate client-focused policies.
Prior to Functional Pathways, Kellie worked for Emdeon in Nashville where she served as National Director of Client Engagement. She has also worked for Chamberlin Edmonds in Atlanta and Team Health in Knoxville. Kellie graduated with a Master’s of Science in Human Resources Development from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science, Business Administration, Marketing from Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville. She currently serves with the Tennessee chapter of Healthcare Financial Management Association. Kellie lives in Knoxville with her husband and two sons.
