Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Derhonda Thomas is responsible for the overall leadership and management of therapy operations at Functional Pathways. She brings with her more than 20 years of senior-level therapy management experience within long-term care, senior living and acute care settings, having served in senior leadership roles for two of the country’s largest rehabilitation management organizations. Prior to her experience in rehabilitation management, Derhonda served as the administrator of a large sub-acute rehabilitation and long-term care community. She specializes in programming, process improvement and marketing.
Derhonda has a Bachelor of Science degree in business and marketing from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is also licensed by the South Carolina Board of Long-Term Health Care Administrators and is a member of the National Association of Healthcare Administrators.
